  • Assist in developing alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) based on defined matter scope; recommend matter structures to improve tracking and financial transparency.
  • Monitor assigned matters for budget-to-actual performance and identify and communicate potential risks or variances to Partners, CAMs, and Pricing leadership.
  • Conduct post-matter financial analysis utilizing historical data to support future pricing decisions and improve financial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing templates, tools, and process improvements to increase team efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee the intake of pricing requests, assess scope and urgency, and coordinate assignment of requests to appropriate team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business preferred.
  • 2-5 years’ experience within Professional Services or a similarly analytical environment requiring financial modeling and data analysis.
