Job summary

SAF-HOLLAND Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing administration, forecasting, and customer master data across the Americas. You will maintain accurate pricing and customer data, resolve discrepancies, and deliver analyses for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years pricing/analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of pricing administration, forecasting and customer data.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel/Power BI skills preferred.
• ERP experience (SAP) and VBA a plus; strong analytical abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze price files and validate aftermarket and intercompany pricing in SAP.
• Monitor orders, verify pricing config, and resolve PO vs SAP price discrepancies.
• Coordinate price changes, including long-term agreements and raw-material adjustments.
• Communicate pricing changes to customers and account managers; maintain docs.
• Process special pricing requests and maintain pricing work instructions.
• Create and audit customer master data for the Americas region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Generate ad hoc pricing and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As a Pricing Analyst, you will help maintain accurate pricing and customer data, resolve discrepancies, and deliver analysis and reporting for stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze Aftermarket price files and load, test, and validate Aftermarket and intercompany pricing in SAP
• Monitor sales orders and scheduling agreements, verify pricing configuration accuracy, and resolve discrepancies between purchase order and SAP pricing
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled price changes, including long-term agreement and raw-material adjustments, using sales and profitability information
• Partner with customers and account managers to communicate pricing changes, obtain required acceptance, and maintain supporting documentation
• Process special pricing requests and maintain accurate pricing administration work instructions and process documentation
• Create and maintain customer accounts and related master data for the Americas region, and audit customer data for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Operations, customers, and account managers to resolve pricing issues and customer price debits
• Create ad hoc pricing, sales, customer service, and management reports, and help identify pricing process and continuous-improvement opportunities

What You Bring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in pricing, business analysis, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of pricing administration, forecasting, customer master data, and business analysis practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills using Power Pivot, Power Query, or Power BI are preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, is preferred; familiarity with VBA is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities
• Ability to interpret business, technical, and procedural information and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
