The ideal candidate will leverage strong math, data analysis, and organizational skills to create accurate client quotations, negotiate competitive pricing with vendors, and make informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis. This role is critical to optimizing costs and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and cost efficiencies.
• Prepare professional, accurate, and timely quotations (RFQs) for clients by gathering and analyzing cost data.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to summarize and present data insights effectively.
• Compare, analyze, and interpret data to support sound decision-making and deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of engineering is a plus but not required.
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills, including the ability to perform arithmetic calculations and unit conversions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
