Job summary

Murphy USA is seeking a Price Book Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Price Book department. You will monitor ServiceNow tickets and communications from Murphy USA locations and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include updating the Price Book system to affect invoicing, auditing, and scanning processes across stores, preserving data integrity, and collaborating with customers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; plus 2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and correct ServiceNow tickets, emails, and phone calls from Murphy USA locations and internal departments as necessary.
• Make item changes in the Price Book system that impact stores' ability to invoice, audit, and scan items.
• Maintain data integrity in Enterprise Price Book.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
