Job summary

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks a PriCARE trainer for a part-time hourly role within PolicyLab and the Division of General Pediatrics. You will support PriCARE parenting trainings for caregivers of young children with behavioral concerns, under supervision, and participate in ongoing trainings and fidelity monitoring.

Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, reviewing caregiver videos, and providing targeted feedback and coaching to caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete required PriCARE training and demonstrate mastery of skills.
• Conduct PriCARE parenting training group sessions.
• Provide individualized coaching to caregivers based on review of skill practice videos.
• Participate in refresher trainings and updates to the PriCARE model.
• Participate in fidelity monitoring observations.
