Job description

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Work with offsite fixture warehouse associates by processing fixtures, such as shelving displays and gondolas, and managing fixture returns, including incorrect shipments and reusable fixtures.
  • Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining safety.
  • Partner with store operations to ensure compliance with processes like Top Stock and CAP, educate on remodel procedures, and support store customers during remodels.
  • Execute remodeling tasks, including dismantling fixtures, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, updating signage, and assisting with store systems.
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze data, monitor progress, and identify improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards of ethics, support a culture of integrity, and address ethical issues.
  • Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work, provide feedback, and model adaptability to change.
  • Demonstrate respect for individuals, foster a positive environment, and support diversity and inclusion.
  • Act with integrity by adhering to laws, company policies, and promoting ethical behavior.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, adopting an omnichannel mindset and striving for value and low prices.
