Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex installations for various customers, including a variety of service offers.
• Coordinate and verify orders and deliveries; serve as the primary customer liaison during implementations.
• Maintain project schedules using support systems like Salesforce, CircuitVision, Prism, and Netcracker, and conduct regular cross-department meetings.
• Write and modify project plans to coordinate multi-circuit/multi-site installations.
• Coordinate scheduling of critical project dates with internal resources and external vendors.
• Ensure all service testing is completed before turn-up and resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide training resources to customers and ensure satisfaction upon project completion.
• Manage own work schedule with general direction from management.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of company's services and products to assist customers during installations.
• Maintain customer records and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in business or technical discipline; PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCI Systems and Microsoft Office required.
• Extensive knowledge of CCI voice, data, Cloud, and Data Center products.
• Ability to manage installation orders and resolve complex problems autonomously.
• Familiarity with communication services like VoIP, SIP, PRI, Cloud Services, broadband data services, and data equipment.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to learn and explain company's products, services, and pricing.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $75,000 - $85,000
