Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of trainees at all times.
• Coordinate activities for individuals to meet objectives.
• Analyze and resolve problems for trainees in problem solving.
• Establish or adjust procedures to accomplish tasks.
• Interpret task assignments to trainees.
• Maintain progress and collect data reports on participants.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Transport individuals to and from workshop.
