U-Haul is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to service Ford and GMC trucks, ensuring the newest fleet remains in top condition for customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, using U-Haul’s tools and support to keep vehicles ready for daily use.

You will participate in a Technician Training Program with Ford, GMC and U-Haul, and benefit from a family atmosphere and long-tenured teammates. A $100 Hiring Bonus is offered to new hires who join our team.

Formación

• Basic mechanical aptitude and repair experience are preferred.
• Driver's license is required.
• You will work as part of a team and also independently.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Regular attendance is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Secure trucks on lifts and ramps.
• Lubricate suspensions, perform oil changes and replace minor parts.
• Perform tire and brake maintenance.
• Occasionally road-test vehicles.
• Use a proprietary pre-inspection checklist.
• Support teammates as needed under supervisor guidance.
