Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on designated buildings, installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the areas of lighting, plumbing, and some mechanical systems.
• Responds to trouble calls in assigned buildings and throughout campus as needed.
• Ensures that all assigned equipment and devices are functioning properly in designated buildings by replacing parts as needed and cleaning/replacing based established schedule or need.
