Smith & Wesson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping CNC and related equipment in top condition.

You will perform fluid changes, filter changes, align with safety protocols, and document maintenance activities. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential; long shifts/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read, write and interpret English.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in preventive maintenance of all machinery including fluid and filter changes.
• Identify and replace worn components before breakdowns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance readings and records.
