The role involves maintaining the apartment community's curb appeal, supporting property improvement projects, and assisting with unit turnovers and minor tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in construction/rehab field.
• Concrete or brick repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to respond to inclement weather for property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular preventative maintenance on facilities.
• Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested.
• Assist with make ready duties and complete unit work orders.
• Be available to report to work during inclement weather events for property clean up and emergencies.
• Monitor property condition and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
