Kotarides Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our properties and ensure a safe living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification Type I and II.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including make-ready, work orders, and inspections.
• Prioritize resident service requests with coordinators.
• Respond to after-hours emergency repairs.
• Inspect properties for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with regional managers and vendors.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance and parts.
• Schedule and document routine equipment maintenance.
• Oversee regional maintenance staff and PTO approvals.
• Manage third-party vendors and escalations.
