You will build client bases, sell preventive maintenance agreements, and maintain strong customer relations while working with a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management or account management, HVAC/mechanical experience is a plus, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management and/or client account management experience.
• Facility systems management experience preferred.
• HVAC/mechanical experience is a plus.
• Experience delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to work on a high-performing team.
• Ability to price simple mechanical proposals using MMC’s pricing system.
• Motivated by delivering first-class customer service.
• Strong multitasking and task management skills.
