Job summary

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required with industrial heating/ventilation knowledge.
• Completion of Plant Equipment Operations and Air Conditioning courses required.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Good oral and written communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance checks, repairs, and replacements on HVAC equipment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance technicians and specialists in daily operations.
• Respond to building service requests and coordinate with energy management staff.
• Report equipment status and maintenance records using computer systems.
