Prevention System Manager

As a Prevention System Manager (PSM) you will be responsible for contract monitoring and compliance with State and Federal contracts and related documentation. The PSM provides culturally appropriate and culturally sensitive technical assistance and training that disseminates the latest substance use disorder prevention science research for service providers, community-based organizations and coalitions. The PSM implements statewide evidence-based prevention initiatives based on comprehensive knowledge of effective policies, planning processes, program facilitation, and evaluation through a minimum of one statewide project.
This position is located in Olympia, Washington and may be eligible for Hybrid working arrangements.
This is a full time (100% FTE), temporary position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement.
This is a temporary position expected to end on June 30,2027. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment.
$5,139.79 - $7,872.33 | Z2 - G06 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

This position may be eligible for a Hybrid working arrangement to be discussed if contacted for interview. This position is eligible to telework but is required to report on-site to meet business need. Travel will be required to meet with clients or partners, conduct business, or attend or provide training and/or conferences. Frequency of onsite work will vary based on business and operational needs.
