Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Experience with Reflective Practice preferred
• 2+ years in related fields such as early learning/case management/child welfare required
• Experience with MA billing preferred
• Experience in home visiting with prevention services to 0-3 age population preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day program operations and staff; provide both clinical and program management supervision
• Foster a culturally competent work environment across locations
• Lead quality improvement efforts and monitor program performance
• Prepare reports and maintain program budgets and financial status
