Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Prevention Supervisor to lead prevention teams in Antigo, Merrill, and Rhinelander, guiding coaching, staff development, and cross-location collaboration to strengthen community impact.

Under the Prevention Program Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor quality, manage budgets, partner with stakeholders, and help ensure services meet COA standards while delivering exceptional support to families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Master's degree in social work or related field is preferred.
• Experience in prevention services and child welfare is preferred.
• Knowledge of infant and child development and parent-child attachment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to staff in day-to-day program operations and HR issues.
• Recruits and hires the best-qualified people for permanent and temporary assignments.
• Fosters a strong teamwork environment across state, regional and local offices.
• Provides program leadership to ensure quality processes and program improvements.
• Maintains effective internal communication and timely reporting to leadership.
• Assists with budgeting, billing and monitoring financial status of the program.
• Provides direct service to clients as needed.
