Job summary

Children's Wisconsin in Wisconsin is seeking a Prevention Supervisor to lead prevention teams across Antigo, Merrill, and Rhinelander. Under the Prevention Program Manager, you will supervise day-to-day operations, coach staff, manage budgets, build partnerships, and drive outcomes for families and children.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, a Master’s preferred, and 2+ years in child welfare or related fields with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Master's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in related field such as child welfare or family counseling required.
• Experience with Reflective Practice and training preferred.
• Experience with program and financial management preferred.
• Experience with MA billing preferred.
• Experience in home visiting with prevention services for 0-3 preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of prevention services and day-to-day program ops.
• Coach and develop staff; build cross-location teams.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial status of programs.
• Represent organization with funders and community partners.
• Ensure quality processes and COA standards are met.
• Provide direct service when needed; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Lead staff development and training activities.
