Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Prevention Supervisor to lead prevention teams in Antigo, Merrill, and Rhinelander. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with community stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for families. Travel between locations is required.

The role emphasizes staff development, program quality, and collaboration with leadership to maintain high standards in prevention services for the 0-3 age population, with a focus on culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required
• Master's Degree in Social Work preferred
• 2+ years experience in related field such as early learning and care, case management, child welfare or child and family counseling
• Experience with reflective practice preferred
• Experience with program and financial management preferred
• Experience in MA billing preferred
• Experience in home visiting with prevention services to 0-3 age population preferred
• Licenses: Social Worker (WI) preferred or active license

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff performance
• Provide supervision and coaching to prevention teams across multiple locations
• Assist with budgeting, billing and financial management
• Represent organization with partners, funders and community stakeholders
• Ensure program quality, compliance with COA standards and data-driven improvements
• Lead recruitment, staff development and performance management
• Deliver direct services to clients as needed
