The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is seeking a prevention professional to join the Prevention Division in Oklahoma City. The individual selected for this position will work in the Prevention Division of Central Office located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). Under general supervision, the individual will work with community-based substance use prevention programs, specifically community-based organizations, and others. This position works with partners to plan and develop needed prevention services, provides and/or links with technical assistance and training, and monitors existing programs. Assures compliance with ODMHSAS standards, evidence-based strategy requirements, and other applicable governing/codified standards in managing and delivering prevention services.
