Kenneth Young Center seeks a Project Associate - Prevention in Schaumburg, IL to develop and implement youth-focused prevention programs, conduct workshops, and promote LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-centered initiatives in collaboration with schools and community partners.

The role emphasizes outreach, data collection for reporting, and travel across Illinois; a Bachelor's degree in a social services field is preferred. This is a full-time position with opportunities for annual bonuses.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field preferred.
• 2 years experience with youth (11-24) preferred.
• Willingness to travel between offices and communities.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement prevention strategies for youth and communities.
• Conduct community outreach at health fairs and festivals.
• Lead educational workshops on Gambling Awareness topics.
• Create content for newsletters and social media.
• Accurately collect data for reports and documentation required by KYC or funder.
