Job summary

Cenikor Foundation in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Prevention Outreach Supervisor to lead and oversee prevention programs for youth and the community, ensuring quality and alignment with HHSC requirements. You will supervise Prevention Specialists, guide professional development, and coordinate with schools and partners to deliver impactful education.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years in prevention or community health, with experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in prevention, education, or community health programming required.
• Experience supervising staff or leading teams preferred.
• Experience working with youth, schools, or coalitions preferred.
• Experience in data management, reporting, or program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate prevention programs to ensure quality and alignment with HHSC requirements.
• Supervise Prevention Specialists and provide regular guidance and development opportunities.
• Conduct supervision meetings to support accountability and goal attainment.
• Serve as a liaison between Prevention Team and Director for clear communication.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Prevention Team Members.
• Plan, organize, and schedule prevention activities to maximize impact.
• Monitor HHSC performance measures and report as required weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
