Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of prevention education and youth engagement.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with data tracking and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate prevention programs to meet HHSC requirements.
• Supervise Prevention Specialists with regular guidance and feedback.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members.
• Plan and schedule prevention activities with schools and partners.
• Monitor program performance data and submit reports regularly.
• Represent Cenikor at schools and community events with professional conduct.
