Job summary

Cenikor Foundation in Conroe, TX is seeking a Prevention Outreach Supervisor to oversee prevention programs and supervise a team of Prevention Specialists. The role focuses on high-quality program delivery and compliance with HHSC requirements, with opportunities for professional growth.

You will coordinate community outreach, deliver youth-focused prevention activities, and liaise with schools and partners to maximize impact and sustain program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate prevention programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with HHSC contractual requirements and Cenikor's mission.
• Supervise Prevention Specialists, providing regular guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct supervision meetings with Prevention Team Members, supporting accountability and goal attainment.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Prevention Team and the Director of Prevention Programs to ensure clear communication, consistency, and efficient operations.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Prevention Team Members.
• Monitor HHSC performance measures and compile required reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
