Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health, criminal justice, or education.
• Two years of experience in prevention education, higher education, victim services, counseling, or related field.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate campus-wide violence prevention programs.
• Facilitate workshops on consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, and related topics.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns and outreach events.
• Recruit and support peer educators.
• Assess program effectiveness and maintain participation data.
• Provide confidential resource services and safety planning as needed.
