Klamath Tribal Health is seeking a Prevention Manager in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The role leads prevention planning, implementation, and evaluation to strengthen tribal health, resilience, and community well-being.

Working with Tribal leadership, Elders, youth, and partners, you will oversee prevention grants and staff, promote trauma‑informed practices, and ensure data integrity and program outcomes for long‑term health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years prevention experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervising employees.
• Minimum 2 years grants/contracts administration.
• Experience with culturally grounded, trauma-informed prevention.
• CPS certification or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Traditional Tribal Health Care Worker certification or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Oregon Food Handlers Permit within 90 days.
• BLS certification within 180 days.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Background check and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to prevention staff and coordinators.
• Oversee prevention grants, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Develop collaborations with schools, tribes, and partners.
• Lead culturally grounded, trauma-informed prevention activities.
• Ensure data collection, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
• Plan and evaluate prevention programs and outcomes.
• Facilitate team meetings and program operations.
• Represent the program in regional prevention initiatives.
