7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join our network in New Jersey. The role focuses on maintaining store equipment, including Slurpee machines, by performing repairs, ordering parts, and following service manuals to ensure uptime.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Skills include leadership, effective communication, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.
