Job summary

7-Eleven in New Jersey is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to help keep our stores running smoothly, from Slurpee machines to general equipment. You will be hands-on, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and efficiency.

You’ll order parts, follow service manuals, and maintain equipment with a focus on reliability. We offer strong benefits, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
