7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from Slurpee machines to general equipment maintenance. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage routine maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Skills: show leadership and effective communications, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.
