Job summary

7-Eleven Milwaukee is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to keep store equipment running smoothly, from Slurpee machines to HVAC filters. You’ll respond to work orders, manage parts, and follow service manuals in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and tuition/adoption support. Valid driver's license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and effective communications demonstrated in previous roles.
• Ability to handle project/stretch assignments and own the location

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
