7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly across the U.S.

This role focuses on maintaining product equipment, including Slurpee machines, and resolving in-store maintenance challenges with reliability and safety. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Leadership and effective communications; project/stretch assignments; ownership of facility location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment.
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.
