7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to keep store equipment in top shape in the United States. This role covers routine repairs, parts management, and adherence to service manuals, enabling smooth store operations and customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Leadership and effective communications skills; ability to take on stretch assignments and ownership of a facility location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing “plug and play” equipment.
• Order/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.
