Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with two years of related experience OR six years of related experience in lieu of education.
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of criminal justice or court processes; familiarity with data driven program evaluation.

Responsibilities

Supervise, assign, and evaluate Pretrial Services staff and support onboarding.
Monitor case management activities through audits and reviews for compliance.
Oversee program performance by analyzing data and outcomes to identify trends and improvements.
Develop and implement program improvements, procedures, and evidence-based practices.
Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and security requirements.
Collaborate with Court Administration, judiciary, partners, and community stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports; facilitate training and inform leadership and external partners.
Provide operational leadership, manage escalated matters, and cover the Director’s absence.
