Job summary

The New York City Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) seeks a Pretrial Program Coordinator for its Queens, NY operations. You will supervise court-based operations, coordinate release assessment programs, and work with partners to enhance bail expediting and court date notification.

Under Borough Manager supervision, you will lead staff, facilitate pilots, analyze data, and support cross-department collaboration to improve pretrial services and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with pretrial services and NYC court system preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
