Sirona Recovery is seeking a Pretrial Case Manager to support diverse defendants in navigating the criminal justice system. You will monitor progress, help clients remain arrest-free, and coordinate with the Court, Prosecutor’s Office, and defense counsel.

The role requires empathy, knowledge of the justice system, and neutral stance. Responsibilities include identifying barriers, building relationships with service providers, creating individual plans, and reporting client status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with insurance.
• Obtain Certified Pretrial Services Professional certification within six months of employment.
• Ascribe to and champion The Difference Principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and assist clients to ensure successful pretrial supervision.
• Identify and address barriers to attending court hearings.
• Develop knowledge and collaborative relationships with community service providers.
• Establish plans to meet clients’ individual needs and prepare court reports on status and progress.
