Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, or related field.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Case management experience and ability to work independently.
• Collaborate with judges, attorneys, providers; valid driver’s license.
• Background check and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Pretrial Standards and Evidence-Based Practices.
• Evaluate and monitor court-ordered bail conditions; provide guidance.
• Manage caseloads, including intakes and case plans; referrals.
• Attend team meetings to shape program practices.
• Train new employees during 90-day period.
• Assist individuals for court hearings; determine intervention strategies.
• Address bail/supervision violations and prepare reports.
• Conduct alcohol and drug screening; document findings for court.
• Maintain case records and reporting in AWARDS and hard files.
• Coordinate with Electronic Monitoring services and manage bracelet costs.
• Attend Victim Impact Panels at least annually.
