Zusammenfassung

WSP is seeking a Prestressed Concrete Inspector in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area to perform QA services at Concrete Plants. This role requires PCI Level 2 or 3 certification and experience inspecting prestressed concrete for highway and bridge construction.

The ideal candidate will be available for immediate employment with a long-term assignment and must be capable of rigorous physical activity, including standing for extended periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current PCI Level 2 or PCI Level 3 Certification.
• Experience performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Possession and maintenance of a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to travel as needed, including overnight stays when out of town.

Aufgaben

• Inspection of concrete and Prestressed Concrete for highway and bridge construction materials.
• Monitoring for compliance with approved shop drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Communication with owners, fabricators, engineers, and project personnel at fabrication facilities.
• Documenting and writing daily shop/field reports in digital format, taking photographs, and providing narrative for those photographs.
• Participating in safety meetings.
