Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop our Sales Associates at a prestige beauty store. You will support the Store Manager to coach the team, achieve sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have proven supervisory experience, strong coaching skills, and retail operations expertise including inventory control, cash handling, and POS software.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Maintain operations during day, night, weekends and events.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet company standards and targets.
