Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates, coaching and developing talent to exceed sales, service and operational targets.

You will contribute to a high-energy, luxury beauty environment, delivering personalized client experiences, managing store operations, and ensuring flawless execution of visual standards and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
