Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging every guest and personalizing service.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and products to better serve guests.
