Ulta Beauty in California seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding product choices in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager, demonstrate services, and host in-store events to deliver premier guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn quickly about ingredients and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analyses for guests.
• Book and support in-store events delivering on prestige brand sales goals.
• Stay informed on trends, ingredients, and benefits of products.
