Job summary

Ulta Beauty in California is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with product selection, while upholding store standards. This role supports the Sales Manager with service, guest experience, and events, requiring a passion for beauty and strong product knowledge.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations, build relationships with guests, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales with focus on prestige and iconic brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, tailoring service to needs, and informing guests of promotions, events, and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
