Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Mentor, OH is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding them to color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. This role supports the Sales Manager with guest service, events, and store performance while maintaining standard store operations.

The PBA will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales, participate in ongoing product training, and help ensure an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and determining their needs.
• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance and inform them of promotions and services.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver premium guest experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
