Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, personalize recommendations, and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support services and in-store events to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
