Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Skin-Fragrance Sales and Training Executive to drive sales across department, specialty, and open-sell retailers. You will manage budgets, lead freelance teams, and collaborate with Education to boost brand knowledge and selling skills.

The role requires strong relationship building, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will represent Shiseido’s Brand DNA and work with regional leadership to grow market share and deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• 2+ years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5+ years Account Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and execute strategies within each retailer to achieve the sales plan.
• Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule aligned with territory volume and top doors.
• Manage budgetary spend including travel, expenses and freelance budget.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
• Plan and execute events in key doors to boost retail sales and brand awareness.
• Understand retailer protocols and support systems and adhere to their policies.
• Participate in regional meetings to address business needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with Education team to train store personnel on brand and selling skills.
• Recruit, hire, and develop freelance teams; achieve sales per hour and items per transaction targets.
• Monitor weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams and adjust strategies to meet Brand targets.
• Develop incremental event strategies for Department Store and Open-Sell within territory.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising and stock levels; communicate needs to partners.
• Focus on raising brand rank and gathering competitive insights to win market share.
• Monitor stock concerns with partners to avoid stockouts.
• Act as brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Brand DNA and heritage.
