Job summary

Shiseido Company, Limited is seeking a Sales and Training Executive to educate, collaborate, and strategize with external retail partners to grow sell‑in/sell‑through while meeting budget and profitability goals.

You will lead events, train store personnel, and build strong account relationships across Spa and Independent stores, including driving brand education and visual execution in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ Cosmetic Account Executive experience or 5 years’ Account Coordinator experience.
• Ability to drive sales through fostering relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Bilingual communication in Chinese‑Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and execute strategies within retailers to achieve the sales plan.
• Travel to doors in the defined territory with a valid driver’s license.
• Manage budgets and expenses to preserve profitability.
• Build strong partnerships with internal/external partners to improve results.
• Lead and train freelance teams and Beauty Advisor/Coordinator teams where applicable.
• Coordinate events and virtual engagements to meet financial targets.
• Maintain brand and visual standards across locations and campaigns.
• Recruit and retain productive teams and ensure adherence to policies.
• Present information in large group settings for education and sales.
• Uphold Shiseido dress code and professional appearance.
