Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Skin-Fragrance Sales and Training Executive to lead sales efforts across Department, Specialty and Open-Sell channels. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will nurture corporate and retail relationships to increase sales and brand awareness for Shiseido and its prestige brands while managing budgets and freelance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent).
• Strong passion for beauty industry, sales and client service.
• Ability to drive sales, meet/exceed goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience assessing trends and business performance.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and execute strategies within each retailer to achieve sales plans.
• Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule aligned with territory volume and door governance.
• Manage budgets including travel, expenses and freelance budgets.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external partners to improve sales results.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive incremental retail sales and brand awareness.
• Understand retail partner protocols and support systems.
