Job summary

Shiseido Americas seeks a Skin-Fragrance Sales and Training Executive to meet and exceed sales objectives across Department, Specialty, and Open-Sell, driving brand awareness for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute, Fragrances, Hermes, Drunk Elephant, and Dr. Dennis Gross.

You will manage budgets (travel/freelance), recruit and coach freelance teams, plan events, and collaborate with Education to train store personnel, with up to 50% travel and a flexible Tue-Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience.
• Passion for Beauty Industry, Sales, and Clients.
• Ability to drive sales and meet goals with excellent customer service.
• Experience assessing trends and budgeting.
• Ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and execute strategies within each retailer to achieve sales plan.
• Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule aligned with territory volume and door strategy.
• Manage budget commitments including travel and freelance budget.
• Build strategic internal and external partnerships to grow brand awareness.
• Plan and execute events in key doors to drive incremental retail sales.
• Ensure adherence to retailer protocols and stock/merchandising.
• Collaborate with Education to train store personnel on brand and products.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain freelance team members; achieve SPH and items per transaction goals.
• Monitors weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams and pivots as needed.
