Job summary

Shiseido Americas in the United States seeks a Skin-Fragrance Sales and Training Executive to drive sales and brand awareness across Department, Specialty, and Open-Sell channels. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and manage relationships with retailers while leading freelance teams to meet KPIs.

The role requires travel up to 50%, budget management, and strong presentation skills. A passion for beauty, customer service, and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience.
• Passion for the beauty industry, sales, and clients.
• Able to drive sales, meet/exceed goals, and provide customer service.
• Ability to assess and identify business trends and budget management experience.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and execute strategies within retailers to achieve sales plan.
• Maintain monthly schedule aligning territory volume, call cycle and door focus.
• Manage budget and freelance budget commitments and travel expenses.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute events in key doors to drive incremental retail sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure understanding of partner protocols and schedules; support systems.
• Collaborate with Education team to train store personnel on brand and selling techniques.
• Recruit, hire, and develop freelance teams; achieve sales per hour and items per transaction goals.
• Monitor weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams and adjust as needed.
• Grow event strategies for Department Store and Open-Sell; maintain stock levels with partners.
